Destemming, followed by maceration in stainless steel fermenters. Alcoholic fermentation with temperature control and pushing down the cap of skins twice a day. Post fermentation maceration in cuvaison. Pressing and malolactic fermentation. Ageing for one year in American and French oak barrels.
